I’m pregnant, do I need to let you know

Yes, please let us know! Informing us ahead of time ensures our team can accommodate your needs and help you move safely throughout your pregnancy. We’re here to support you and ensure you have the best experience possible.

Is there Parking

Yes, parking is available. Please enter via Hyundai Drive.

Do I need to book for a class

Yes, all bookings are made through our Mindbody App.

How do I change my membership

You can make changes to your membership by submitting the membership change form here.
To cancel your membership, please email us at info@playpilatesstudio.com.au with the subject line: ‘Membership Cancellation Request’

Are there lifts at our studio

Yes, we have a lift available to Level 1  for your convenience.

Do we offer trial classes

Yes, we offer an Intro Offer for first-time clients. Simply download our Mindbody App to purchase and get started!

Studio Information

 

Your First Class

For your safety, you may be turned away from class if it’s deemed unsafe for you to participate due to an undisclosed injury or pregnancy. Your wellbeing is our top priority, and we are here to support you.

What to wear

Please wear activewear that allows for comfortable movement. Pilates grip socks and a sweat towel are mandatory for every class.

Late Entry

Late entry policy

For the safety and fairness of all clients, late entry is not permitted.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins. This allows time for check-in, discussing any injuries or required modifications, and setting up your reformer or equipment.

Once the instructor has started the class, we can no longer complete these important steps, and entry will not be allowed.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone.

Arrival time

We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before class begins. This ensures there’s enough time for check-in, discussing any injuries or required modifications, and setting up your reformer or equipment.

Once the instructor begins teaching, we are unable to complete these essential steps, so please make sure to arrive on time.

The Intro Pass

Intro Pass Commencement

Your Intro Pass will begin when you attend your first class. From that point, you have the number of consecutive days on that specific pass to use all your sessions, depending on the terms of the pass.

Please note that the pass is valid only for first-time clients, and once activated, the sessions must be used within the specified time frame.

Intro Pass Eligibility

Intro passes are strictly for first-time clients only.
Clients who attempt to purchase multiple intro passes under different email addresses will be denied studio access.

We appreciate your understanding as we maintain fairness for all clients.

Late Cancels & No Shows

Late Cancellation Policy

We have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. We do not accept cancellations via email or phone.
All schedule changes must be managed through our Mindbody App.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Late Cancel & No-Show Policy

  • Members will be charged a $20 fee for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • Clients using 5, 10, or 20 class packs, casual passes, or intro offers will forfeit their class credit.

This policy helps us ensure fairness and availability for all clients. Thank you for your understanding.

The Waitlist

Waitlist information

Each class has 5 waitlist spots available. If you don’t see the option to book, it means the class and waitlist are currently full.

Don’t hesitate to join the waitlist—even if you’re number 5 early in the week. Plans often change, and there’s a high chance you’ll get into class as spots open up.

We’ll notify you automatically through the app if a spot becomes available!

Waitlist commitment

When you join a waitlist, you are committing to attend that class. If a spot becomes available, you will be automatically added to the class.

If you’ve joined multiple waitlists on the same day, we kindly ask that you manage your schedule by removing yourself from any classes you no longer wish to attend once you’ve been confirmed a spot—or if your plans change.

You can view and manage all waitlist bookings directly through the Mindbody App.

Waitlist notifications

You will receive an email or phone notification when you’ve been moved from the waitlist into a class.

To ensure you don’t miss an update, please check that you’ve enabled communications and confirmations in your Mindbody account settings.

Waitlist Charges & Cancellation Policy

If you are added to a class from the waitlist more than 12 hours before the class starts, our standard cancellation policy applies:

  • Members: $10 late cancel/no-show fee

  • Pass holders (casual, intro, packs): Loss of class credit

If you are added to the class within 12 hours of the start time, you will have a 4-hour window to cancel without incurring any fees or losing your class credit.

All waitlist notifications are sent via email or phone, so please make sure your settings are up to date in the Mindbody App.

 Class Packs

Class Pack Expiry Policy

5 pack:  Expiry 21 days from purchase
10 pack: Expiry 45 days from purchase
20 pack: Expiry 90 days from purchase

Account & Pass Use Policy

Introductory offers, class packs, memberships, and accounts are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who created the account.

Sharing of accounts or passes is not permitted.
