• All purchases from Play Pilates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• By signing this agreement, you agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined.

• If you have an existing injury, are pregnant, or are postnatal, you must notify the studio prior to your class to ensure we can accommodate your needs safely.

 Class cancellations on a membership

• Clients will be charged a $10.00 fee (in addition to weekly membership payments) for late cancellations or no-showsfor reformer classes.

• Entry to class will not be permitted if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, and this will incur a no-show fee.
