Our Pre/Postnatal Pilates classes are thoughtfully tailored to meet your individual needs, whether you’re in the second trimester or navigating the postpartum journey.
This 45-minute class is designed to support you with safe, effective movements that strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being.
With expert instruction and gentle modifications, this class is suitable for all levels and provides a supportive, empowering environment to help you stay active, connected, and strong throughout every stage of motherhood.

Mums & Bubs
Post Natal Pilates from 6 Weeks+
Our Mums & Bubs classes are specially designed for new mums looking to rebuild strength, confidence, and energy after giving birth. Starting from 6 weeks postpartum (with clearance from your healthcare provider), these classes offer a dynamic, full-body workout—and yes, your bub is welcome to join you!
Reconnect with your body in a supportive and uplifting environment, surrounded by other mums on the same journey.
